## Core product

Kvanta provides a digital platform that stores, secures, and simplifies administration of cap tables and shareholder registers. All ownership data is secured on a blockchain, making transactions immutable and fully traceable.

Key capabilities:
- **Cap table / share ledger**: Generated in real time directly from equity events. Historical versions are saved automatically.
- **Approval policy**: The board defines how ownership changes should be handled — who can approve events and what process to follow. Approvals are made digitally via BankID.
- **Shareholder list**: See the full ownership picture at a glance. Filter, export, or share data with investors and auditors directly from the platform.
- **Option programs**: Automatic dilution forecasts showing how current and future option programs affect ownership.
- **Investor portfolio**: Investors get secure access to their holdings, ownership percentages, and event history via BankID.

- Built on blockchain — transactions are immutable and protected through cryptography and consensus mechanisms.
